It's been a good
week.
We've had Adam Chichoski
and his friend from the watac mission stay with us a few days while they visit
people and places from the mission. Its been so fun! I'm ready for more to come
visit!
Transfer mth was Tuesday.
As Iv'e mentioned before, its a great mtg.. But sooo long! It started at 230 and
didn't get over until 645ish!! Crazy! 22 missionaries bore their testimonies to
go home! I knew 4 of them well who went home and was familar with a couple more.
Sadly, I'm not as close to anyone going home soon.
Elder Harward and Chicoski. Harward was one of Chicoski's favorite comapanions
Elder Pyne going home the next day pictured with Keagan. We love Pyne!!
.
Fuller! going home also. We have some great dress up pictures of him. And he had great stories of stake dances when he served with us in our ward. We also lovingly said about him.. Fuller.. he's never full. ;)
Elder Short going home from our ward with Keagan. As you can tell, it was super sunny out!
And Elder Larson that still has a long time to go, but served in our ward for 6 months.
This weekend was stake
conference. It was so good and uplifting. We had Elder Hamila (sp?) from the 70.
He was such a good teacher and speaker. I love it when people give you personal
experience along with scriptures and really teach you or the spirit really does.
It was awesome. He taught about family counsel, ward counsels and how we should
Counsel with our Heavenly Father and how he is the best counselor! It was really
good and the spirit was so strong. Today was just awesome, too. There was a man
who spoke who has come back after many years of being inactive. It gives more
hope of someday my siblings coming back some day.
I love this Gospel! I'm
so grateful for it in my life! I love you all and so thankful for you.. And your
service and my personal connection tl each one of that I love so much!!
Have a great week!
Love
Sis Shoop
