Keagan and I went to a small family reunion Saturday in Shelton. It was my moms side and her cousins. I heard some great stories about my grandma and my uncle. I was blessed to grow up with so many fun great aunts and uncles. My grandma was one of ten and born in Olympia. There are tons of cousins everywhere around here. There was a cousin joking that when he went to high school, he was like umm who's your parents.. don't want to accidentally date a relative. Hahaha
It did start out a little slow.. Keagan's Snapchat.

We had stake conference this weekend. As always, it was a spiritual feast. Friday night our area authority talked about keeping the sabbath day holy and many aspects about it. He said it is something that the brethren are really concerned about. He told us about the training meetings he has been to and this is the only subject that gets mentioned every time. And how our church leaders never give us the spirit of he law, but never will make lists for us. We need to use the spirit and decide for ourselves how we want to keep it holy. On a light note he added and said that doesn't mean that you can say, oh I feel good and I think I can feel the spirit and go water skiing or fishing or some other random thing that we know not to be a sabbath day observance.
After stake conference today, we got to have the Deschutes River and our missionaries over for lunch. That meant we got to have Elder Bouchard (sp?) who had been in our ward come over. It was nice to meet my own missionaries. I felt bad these are the first set I haven't known in a few years! But, luckily now it's all good!
And of course a cute picture with Hazel in it! This pic makes me smile!! We get Hazel time again at the end of the month! Sooo exciting!
Have a great week!
Love ya!
